TourFactory virtual tours also include weekly emailed seller reports, printable flyers and information packets, mortgage calculator, custom links (school, area, maps, etc.), customizable agent banner and color schemes and more.
Another popular feature is the automated seller reports. These full-color HTML seller reports include several graphs of visitor viewing stats, broken down by time periods, scenes and which internet site the visitor originally came from. These are valuable reports to both agents and sellers, and best of all, they're automated! Enter the seller's email address and choose which day of the week you'd like the report emailed, and the system does the rest.
TourFactory also has dedicated photographers across the country available if you prefer they handle the photography. We're still able to customize and enhance the full-service tours to your specifications.
