Original vision of the site was to promote client agent, appealing to a specific market segment in Southern California. Theme and colors based on the USC colors of cardinal and gold, as client is an avid USC fan and alumnus. Client later teamed with another agent, and the homepage was updated to reflect the team image and appeal to a wider audience. Client now focusing on a related industry and website is inactive.
